Bijoyen Das ( Vijay Rattan Gold Medalist )

Bijoyen Das has extensive experience in the field of marketing and operations. BIJOYEN began their career as a Branch Manager at Electrotherm India Limited in 1987, where they led a team of project, sales, and service engineers for the Western Region. BIJOYEN then joined GA Danieli (India) Ltd in 1999 as a General Manager, where they headed a team of product, project, sales, and service managers and was responsible for direct selling of turnkey metallurgical projects to various industries. In 2002, they became the General Manager at Megatherm Electronics Pvt Ltd. BIJOYEN served as the CEO of Powercon Superheat Pvt Ltd from 2004 to 2013 and held the same position at Eon Das Strategics from 2004 to 2014. BIJOYEN also worked at Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd, where they served as the Head & G.M. of Furnace Transformer Division and Head of International Marketing. Throughout their career, they also worked as a visiting faculty member at B K School of Business Management.

Bijoyen Das pursued their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, where they studied from 1982 to 1987. BIJOYEN later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing and Operations, from B.K. School of Business Management, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013.
