Rabin Pradhananga

Rabin Pradhananga is an Instructor at Transfotech Academy. Rabin was previously a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Attra from July 2020 to September 2020 and a QA Automation Engineer at Bank of America from October 2018 to June 2020.

Rabin has experience in analyzing requirement documents, studying High Level Design documents, User Stories, Flow charts and Screen shots, and interacting with Business Analysts, Technical Lead and Lead Developer to clarify issues upon business requirements. Rabin is also experienced in developing test strategy, test plan, test cases and test scenarios based on application requirement documents, performing Functional tests manually, and reporting web application defects using JIRA.

In addition, Rabin is responsible for executing Smoke, Core Regression, Integration Testing and Automation scripts using TestNG framework with Selenium web-driver and Java. Rabin also created Cucumber based test automation solution using Java and Selenium Web-driver, followed Page Object Model with JAVA OOP concept, and worked within a Scrum like Agile environment with a self-driven scrum team. Rabin used GitHub for code version control and Jenkins for nightly automated execution.

Furthermore, Rabin has experience in hosting Jenkins in AWS EC2 instances and Docker containerization techniques for remote/cloud, scheduled and cross browser/Platform testing. Rabin also monitored Jenkins automated testing report in daily basis, monitored the successful completion of the quality initiatives at every step of the SDLC, worked in REST based web services test using RestAssured and Postman web services testing tool, worked on GitHub repo for
