Stefan Tschumi

Stefan Tschumi serves as the Head of Human Resources at Transgourmet Schweiz AG since April 2019, overseeing HR functions including consulting, payroll, internal training, talent management, and sustainability efforts, while also being part of the executive management team. Prior to this role, Stefan held multiple HR leadership positions at Coop from April 2006 to April 2019, managing HR for the headquarters with approximately 5,000 employees, leading HR for the North-West Switzerland sales region, and directing national training and development initiatives. Stefan's educational background includes a CAS in Sustainable Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, an EMBA, a CAS in Personal Development, a DAS in Training Management from the University of Bern, and a certification as a federal marketing planner.
