Charles-Edouard Mariolle has extensive work experience in various sectors. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Telecom Engineer in companies such as Alcatel, Legrand, SFR, and Cap Gemini. In 2005, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Transaction Services, where they conducted financial due diligence on mid- to large-cap transactions in energy, mining, and telecom sectors. From 2008 to 2011, Charles-Edouard co-founded Energy & Climate Development Strategies (ECDS), a renewable energy project developer, where they built solar and waste-to-energy projects. In 2011, they joined Mirova as Deputy Head and Investment Committee Member for Renewable Energy Infrastructure Funds until 2018. Mirova is an ESG-focused investment manager specializing in renewable energy and sustainable investment strategies. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of Infrastructure at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ). In 2019, they also became a Board Member at TransGrid and a Board Member/Alternate Board Member at Sydney Metro PPP (Northwest Rapid Transit).
Charles-Edouard MARIOLLE has an MA in Finance and Business Economics from HEC Paris, obtained in 2004-2005. Charles-Edouard also has an MS in Telecommunications from Universidad Politénica de Madrid, as well as an MS in Telecommunications from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble, both obtained in 2000-2004. In 2019, they completed a GAICD program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
