Renae Agramonte-Turner

Renae Agramonte-Turner currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Administration at TANK (Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky) since March 2023. Prior roles include Client Services Manager at Cielo Talent, with experience managing talent acquisition processes for notable organizations such as Celanese and Baylor Scott & White Health. As a founder of Leaders in Human Resources in the Cincinnati Area, Renae has engaged in industry networking and trend research. Renae also has extensive experience from Fifth Third Bank, holding various HR leadership positions, and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to process improvement and strategic HR implementation throughout a diverse career in human resources. Renae holds educational credentials from Xavier University and Southwestern College of Business.
