Sérgio Matias

Sérgio Matias has extensive work experience with various companies in different roles. In 2021, they joined Transitex - The World Closer as the Global Human Resources Director. Prior to that, they worked at Sporting Clube de Portugal from 2004 to 2019, serving as the Director of Human Resources and responsible for developing and implementing new HR processes. Sérgio also held roles such as Manager of Customer Care and Call Center and Project Manager in the areas of Innovation and Information Systems. In 2004, they worked for UEFA as the Accreditation Venue Coordinator for EURO 2004. Before that, they were the IT Helpdesk Manager for Sporting Clube de Portugal and worked as a Commercial Technician for REDITUS SA. Sérgio started their career in 1997 in the logistics and distribution department of TAP Portugal.

Sérgio Matias has pursued their education at the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa. Sérgio obtained a Licenciatura degree in the field of Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Additionally, they have also pursued studies in the field of Direito, indicating that they have undertaken some courses or has been enrolled in the program pertaining to this area at the same university.
