Rory Wilcox

Rory Wilcox has extensive experience in the United States Air Force, where Rory held various leadership roles including Squadron Superintendent and Operations Superintendent. Rory provided crucial support in air refueling operations, personnel programs, and training developments. Currently, in Transition Overwatch, Rory serves as a Training and Development Manager, Scrum Master, and Project Manager, overseeing the creation and management of Unconventional Apprenticeship Programs.
