Sean Ofeldt

Sean Ofeldt has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Founder & CEO of Transition Overwatch since 2019. Sean has also co-founded altRPO in 2019, Chained Wolf in 2017, and multiple startups in 2010. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Sean served as a Navy SEAL in the US Navy from 2004 to 2010. Sean began their career as an Assurance Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from 2002 to 2004.

Sean Ofeldt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business in 2002. Sean later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 2014 to 2016.
