Andrew Schpak is a lawyer and law professor who has dedicated their career to public service. Andrew is currently the Co-Chair of Transition Projects, a Portland-based organization that helps people transition out of homelessness. Andrew has also served on the Board of Directors of the American Bar Foundation, where they chaired the Institutional Relations Committee.
Andrew's commitment to public service began early in their career when they joined Leadership Portland's Class of 2017. Andrew later became a Fellow of the Oregon Fellows program, where they served as Co-Chair. During their time at the American Bar Foundation, Andrew conducted groundbreaking research on the most pressing issues facing the legal system in the United States and the world. Andrew's work has helped to improve the understanding and administration of justice.
Andrew is a graduate of Harvard Law School and has taught at the University of Oregon School of Law.
Andrew Schpak attended Brentwood School, Le Lycee Francais de Los Angeles, Reed College, and Cornell Law School. Andrew received a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Reed College. Andrew also has certification from the Northwest Association of Title IX Administrators in Civil Rights and Title IX Investigator Training Certificate, SHRM in SHRM-SCP, and HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources.
