Crystal Basler, CADC-1, PWS, CRM-II, QMHA-R, currently serves as a Supportive Housing Case Manager at Transition Projects, where outreach-based support is provided to individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing grants. Previously, Crystal worked as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor for Greater New Hope Family Services, specializing in comprehensive substance abuse assessments within the FUSE Program. Crystal's experience also includes roles as a CHAT Case Manager at Transition Projects, a Peer Support Specialist and JOHS Navigation Team Member at the Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon, and a Case Manager/Shelter General Manager at The Father's Heart Street Ministry. Crystal is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Capella University, having earned a Certificate in Substance Abuse Addiction Counseling from Clackamas Community College.
