The Sales and Outreach team at Transition Projects is responsible for promoting the organization's mission and services to the community, fostering partnerships, and engaging with potential clients and stakeholders. They work to raise awareness about homelessness issues, facilitate connections with housing resources, and support apartment placements by advocating for individuals in need and effectively communicating the impact of the organization's programs.
