Since Mike co-founded TDS in 2002, the company has been successfully delivering results for complex IT transformation programs for enterprises and government entities around the world, having migrated over 1 million workloads and more than 250,000 applications – while achieving close to 100% customer satisfaction.
Under Mike’s leadership, TDS developed TransitionManager, a web-based, easy-to-use, collaborative software tool built to orchestrate data center and cloud migrations, consolidations, and transformations. The software incorporates many decades of collective knowledge in data center migrations and IT transformations. Mike is passionate about enabling IT Ops in large enterprises to be successful with their cloud technology — being able to easily accelerate cloud migrations for scale, across any infrastructure, with minimum management overhead, while reducing cost and risk to the organization.
Prior to founding TDS, Mike held senior technology leadership roles at Student Advantage Inc., where he directed new systems and technology operations, He served previously as VP of technology for iCast, an online entertainment company created by Internet incubator, CMGI. There he was responsible for shaping the technology services strategy and roadmap, making investment and priority decisions, reducing operating costs, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliability. He also served at Renaissance Worldwide Inc. where he directed the firm’s technology operations and oversaw the technology integration of 26 companies acquired over two years.
