Julien Hubert

Julien HUBERT serves as the Business Innovation and Projects Director at Transitions Optical since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing a team of Project Managers and Directors, overseeing the innovation project portfolio, and developing the innovation strategy. Previously, Julien was the R&D Innovation Road Map Manager, coordinating a team focused on new product innovation and supporting governance efforts. Additionally, in January 2021, Julien took on a role as an Associate Innovation Evaluator at Time for the Planet. Prior experience includes serving as R&D Innovation Manager and R&D Scientist at Essilor from March 2012 to October 2017, where focus areas included digital technology projects and product development. Educational qualifications include a General Management program from Nanyang Business School and a Master’s degree in Advanced Materials from Université d'Orléans, among others.
