Greg started their career at Con-way Truckload in 2005, where they held roles as a Supervisor in Credit management and later as a Business Analyst. During their time there, they managed a team of credit professionals and was responsible for maintaining accounts receivable. Greg also worked on process improvement projects and system applications.

In 2012, Greg joined Con-way Truckload as a Business Analyst, where they assisted the leadership team in setting company goals and provided regular reports on segment results. Greg analyzed market trends to contribute to the yearly financial plan.

In 2015, Greg transitioned to XPO Logistics (formerly Con-way Truckload) as a Manager of Business Analysis. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for the development of the network optimization team and implemented processes to improve equipment productivity and revenue utilization.

Greg then moved to PILR TECH in 2016, where they served as the Director of Business Development. Greg acted as the primary contact for clients, determining their needs and gathering business requirements for custom software solutions. Greg also collaborated with the development team to create project estimates and customer quotes.

After that, Greg worked as a Technical Consultant at Venado Technologies from 2016 to 2017, where they utilized their technical expertise to support clients during the sales and development process.

Currently, Greg is working at TransLand as the Vice President of Finance. Greg is an executive team member, contributing to the creation of a culture that fosters financial and professional success.
