Matthew Scott

Matthew Scott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Matthew recently held the position of Group Strategy Director at Translation starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Airbnb as a Marketing Lead and Senior Brand Strategy Manager, where they played a key role in cross-functional projects, go-to-market launches, and enhancing the brand's engagement with the community.

Before their tenure at Airbnb, Matthew served as the Head of Marketing at THX Ltd., where they successfully created demand for the company's products and implemented integrated marketing campaigns. Additionally, they held freelance positions as a Strategy Director at Eleven, Inc. and worked as an Experience Strategist at West | SF + NY, specializing in business, product, marketing, and design strategies.

Matthew's earlier experiences include working as a Strategist at The Barbarian Group, teaching as an Instructor at the Academy of Art University, and serving as a Strategist at Naked Communications.
