Craig Joncas

Craig Joncas, CSM, currently serves as the Manager of Technology Design and Delivery at TransLink, where responsibilities include overseeing the Design and Architecture of Network, Compute, Desktop Deployment, and Database Services within the Business Technology Services department since January 2019. Prior experience includes positions such as Quality Assurance Engineering Manager for Automation at Pearson North America, focusing on standardizing QA tools and processes, and QA/Project Manager at Pearson School Systems, managing Agile Scrum projects. Additional roles encompass managerial positions in IT technical support and customer support across various companies, including The Alderwoods Group, XML Global, and Zadall Systems Group, showcasing a solid background in technology management and quality assurance since the early 1990s. Craig obtained education from Vancouver Community College between 1983 and 1985.
