Stephanie Redivo

Stephanie Redivo has a strong background in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Stephanie currently holds the position of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Director at TransLink since July 2020. In addition, they have started an informal EDI Community of Practice for EDI Practitioners in Canada in 2021. Prior to working at TransLink, Stephanie worked at SAP in various roles, including Senior Director Inclusive Culture, Global Diversity and Inclusion Office from January 2015 to June 2020. Stephanie has also held positions such as Senior Project Manager, Team Lead, Senior Education Product Specialist, Technical Instructor, and Technical Support Engineer during their tenure at SAP, starting in 2001.

Stephanie Redivo has a background in Information Technology from ITI, and they hold a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Victoria. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Environment Social Governance (ESG) Fundamentals from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Leading Leaders from UBC Sauder Executive Education, Gender Analytics for Innovation from Coursera, Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta, Associate Certificate in Change Management from UBC Sauder Continuing Business Studies, 4 Stages of Psychological Safety from LeaderFactor, Advanced Gender Diversity Course from TransFocus Consulting, People Analytics from LinkedIn, and UBC Diversity and Inclusion Program from the University of British Columbia.
