Taylor Walthers

Taylor Walthers has worked for six different companies since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Taylor worked as a Sales Lead and Operational Assistant Manager at Aeropostale. During this time, they were responsible for providing excellent customer service and coaching associates on sales and conversion drivers. From 2015 to 2016, Taylor worked as an International Programs and Services Student Worker at Benedictine University. From 2016 to 2017, Taylor worked as a Supply Chain Management Intern at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN). From 2017 to 2022, Taylor worked at CJ Logistics America in a variety of roles, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Customer Operations Lead Analyst, and Successful Careers In Logistics Rotation Program Participant. Most recently, Taylor has been working as a Director of HR & Culture at TransLoop since 2022. In 2013, Taylor also worked as a PT Member Brand Ambassador at CytoSport, Inc.

Taylor Walthers obtained a High School Diploma from Lockport Township High School in 2013. Following this, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Benedictine University in 2017, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations, and Organizational Behavior. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Shane Snow on Dream Teams from LinkedIn. Additionally, they obtained a Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2022.
