Anca Marinescu

Anca Marinescu currently serves as the Head of Product at Translucent since July 2025, driving the first agentic FP&A platform for healthcare. Previously, Anca held the role of Senior Product Manager for Machine Learning at Flatiron Health from April 2020 to June 2025, where expertise in product leadership was leveraged alongside machine learning skills. Earlier experience includes serving as Product Development Manager at Elysium Health from May 2016 to April 2020, focusing on innovative health solutions, and Clinical Researcher in the Orthopedic Surgery Division at Hospital for Special Surgery from June 2015 to June 2016, managing and executing clinical trials. Anca began the professional journey as an Associate Researcher at Columbia University from January 2012 to May 2015, involved in research on biosynthetic cartilage prosthetic implants. Anca holds a B.S. in Computational Neuroscience from Columbia University, obtained in May 2015, and has an educational background from High Technology High School.
