Sean Will

Sean Will has a diverse range of work experience in the field of UX design and strategy. Sean is currently the Senior Director of UX Design & Strategy at TransMedics, Inc. Prior to that, they held various senior director roles at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they focused on UX strategy and design in the enterprise digital space. Before their time at Aetna, Sean was the Senior Vice President of Experience Design Director at Arnold Worldwide and the Director of Production at BEAM Interactive. Sean also has experience as a producer and account manager at One to One Interactive and Dartmouth Publishing, Inc. respectively. Overall, Sean has a strong background in leading and managing teams in the creative and digital production space.

Sean Will has a Bachelor of Music degree in Performance & Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Sean also has a Bachelor of Music Performance degree in Jazz Studies from the University of North Texas. Additionally, they are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
