Irina Yanchovska

Irina Yanchovska, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Irina is currently working as a Lead Project Manager at Transmetrics, where they leverage predictive analytics and AI for logistics planning and asset management. In this role, they are responsible for leading and supporting software implementations of international projects, improving customer data quality, ensuring product quality assurance, and managing project progress and compliance.

Previously, Irina worked as a University Lecturer at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, where they shared their expertise with students. Irina also served as an IT Project Manager at Software Group, where they were responsible for planning and implementing projects within agreed cost, timeframe, quality standards, and scope.

Before that, Irina was a Bid Manager at DXC Technology, where they managed the overall pursuit process in the pre-sales phase. Irina also held roles as a Pursuit Engagement Manager and Proposal Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they oversaw large pursuits and ensured the delivery of high-quality proposal documentation to customers.

Irina's career began at SG Expressbank, where they started as an Internship/Customer Services and later worked as a Senior Financial Advisor, advising individuals on personal finance matters. Irina also worked at Neterra as the Head of National Sales, leading and mentoring the sales force, and as a Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager, managing major international telecom operators.

In addition to their professional experience, Irina has also written a book as an author at ZHAR-Janet Argirova Publishers. Overall, Irina has demonstrated expertise in project management, sales, finance, and academia throughout their career.

Irina Yanchovska, PhD, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Fine Arts from the American University in Bulgaria in 2005. Irina then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, completing it in 2019. In 2022, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management, also from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Additionally, they completed the Women Leadership Programme from the European Innovation Council in 2022. Irina Yanchovska also holds various certifications including Professional Scrum Master™ II, EF SET Certificate 91/100 (C2 Proficient), Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, Professional Scrum Master™ I, Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I, Scrum Fundamentals Certified, Duolingo Italian Fluency: B1 (estimated), and ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
