Hamish Blair

Hamish Blair is an experienced professional in people strategy and business development, currently serving as the People Strategy Manager at Transmission Investment since September 2023. Prior to this role, Hamish held leadership positions, including Head of People Experience at Motion Picture Solutions and Director of People Partnerships at ASPCA. As the Founder and Director of Further Green, a sustainability company, Hamish focused on enhancing energy efficiency through renewable energy solutions. Previous experience includes a Business Development Manager role at Apple, where Hamish contributed to the growth of B2B teams in UK markets, and as Founder and Label Manager at Furthur Progressions Records, overseeing strategic marketing and artist development. Hamish holds a BA with Honours in History from the University of Leeds and is a Chartered Fellow with CIPD Qualifications.
