Felicia Lim

Felicia Lim is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as People Director for APAC at Transmission since March 2022. Prior to this role, Felicia held various positions at Essence, advancing from Senior Manager to Associate Director in Talent Management for the APAC region from January 2019 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes Human Resources Manager roles at Pedder Group and Popular Holdings, along with positions at DFI Retail Group and FJ Benjamin Holdings LTD, where responsibilities spanned across HR management and talent development. Felicia Lim holds a BSC in Management from the University of London.
