Nicky has worked in agencies for over 20 years. From start-ups to challenger creative agencies, and global full-service networks. Nicky has supported the building of agency infrastructures to offer clients the best and most positive experience of working with them.

She has worked across many business management disciplines including finance, HR, operations, and legal. Nicky is a planner. A forward thinker who is frequently taking the ‘now’ and looking into the ‘next’ stages before we get there. Having been through the emotions of helping build Transmission from a start-up, and navigating the difficulties associated with fast growth, she now advises on how we continue to build the agency, whilst focusing on how our culture and teams can be stronger and more rewarding for all.
