Sarah Reetz, SHRM - TA, serves as the Associate Director of People Operations & Talent for the Americas at Transmission, where Sarah is the first Talent Acquisition hire for the NAM region and leads the establishment of the Talent Acquisition function. Prior to Transmission, Sarah founded GCA Recruiting, focusing on talent acquisition for clients in the marketing, advertising, and technology sectors. Sarah also worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Knack Collective, contributing to significant employee growth, and held roles in people and culture management at CampusPoint and recruitment at Bargreen Ellingson. Sarah Reetz earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Washington and an Associate's of Arts from Pierce College.
