Joaquín Díaz

Joaquín Díaz is a distinguished academic and industry leader with extensive experience in civil engineering and digitalization in construction. Since February 2016, Joaquín Díaz has served as Wissenschaftlicher Leiter at 5D Institut and has held the position of Vorstandsvorsitzender at BVBS Bundesverband Software und Digitalisierung im Bauwesen e.V. since May 2001. In addition, Joaquín Díaz has been a professor at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen since 1999 and has contributed to technology transfer as part of TransMIT GmbH since January 2000. Earlier in their career, Joaquín Díaz was the Head at Meissner&Diaz from 1995 to 1998. Joaquín Díaz earned a Doctorate in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completing studies from 1985 to 1995.
