Eduardo Felipe Ribeiro

Eduardo Felipe Ribeiro is an experienced Rig Engineer at Transocean, with a focus on Petrobras and the Deepwater Orion rig since January 2022. Previously, Eduardo held the position of Directional Driller at Halliburton, working in the Brazilian Pre-Salt deepwater Mero field and a low-tech gas project in Parnaíba’s basin from March to December 2021. Eduardo also served as a Senior LWD Field Engineer at Halliburton from July 2012 to July 2020, leading LWD jobs for Petrobras across various Brazilian basins. Earlier roles include a PMR Corporate Analyst at Embraco, focusing on negotiation scenario simulators, and a Sales Representative at LGMT Equipamentos Industriais, where customer development and sales strategies were implemented. Eduardo began a career in mechanical engineering as an intern at Oryzon Indústria de Máquinas e Equipamentos Ltda. Eduardo holds a degree from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, earned between 2005 and 2010.
