Felipe Tavernard

Felipe Tavernard is an accomplished maritime engineer with extensive experience in engine room operations and maintenance. Currently serving as a 2nd Assistant Engineer at Transocean since November 2020, Felipe previously held the position of 2° Oficial de Máquinas at Constellation Oil Services and worked as a 2º Oficial de Máquinas/Engineer Officer at Etesco Brasil, LTD, where responsibilities included monitoring and maintaining power generation systems. Earlier career roles included Engenheiro de Manutenção at Norte Salineira S/A, focusing on industrial maintenance supervision. Felipe holds a postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering from UFERSA and has a Bachelor's in Nautical Sciences from CIAGA, in addition to a Mechanical Engineering degree from UFERSA.
