Tracey L. Romanos

Tracey L. Romanos is an experienced logistics and compliance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently retired since August 2024, Romanos previously held a senior managerial role at Transocean from March 2012, overseeing compliance and logistics for the Americas. Prior to Transocean, Romanos served as the North America Import Export Compliance Manager at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included managing customs and trade compliance as well as hazardous materials programs globally. Earlier experience includes directing logistics for Academy Sports & Outdoors, and overseeing logistics operations at Stora Enso and Euromin Ltd. Tracey L. Romanos holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University, earned in 1984.
