Glen Lockwood joined Transpac Access in 2016. Mr. Lockwood is a seasoned procurement and contracting officer who previously worked with Exxon Neftegas Ltd managing international subcontractors in the oil and gas industry in South Korea and Russia. Mr. Lockwood stewarded the prime hook-up and commissioning contractor for the $12 billion Berkut platform and oversaw competitive tenders valued at over $200 million while managing multiple subcontractors during onshore and offshore construction projects.
Previously, as CEO of TFI International, he won and completed over 150 projects for military and diplomatic clients in Central Asia. Prior to working in the procurement and contracting field, Mr. Lockwood worked for the US Department of State and for several technical assistance contractors involved with business training and economic improvement projects in developing countries.
