Krisztina Papp has extensive work experience in various financial and operational roles. Krisztina started their career as an Investment Analyst at Prudential Capital Group, where they negotiated and structured private debt issues. Krisztina then joined Credit Suisse as a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance, where they organized equity new issues, led M&A teams, and participated in launching asset management activities. After that, they worked at Budapest Bank - GE Money Bank, initially as Director of Project Finance, responsible for equity capital investments and advisory services, and later as Head of Project and Structured Finance, managing a team and overseeing a portfolio of transactions. In their most recent role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Transparency International, where they were responsible for the organization's financial operations, sustainability, and fundraising efforts, as well as leading business integrity research projects.

Krisztina Papp obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Corvinus University of Budapest between 1984 and 1989. Krisztina studied Economics and Sociology during their time at the university.
