Harriett Gray

Harriett Gray has a diverse work experience starting in 2004. Harriett began as a Purchase Ledger Clerk at Buro Happold before moving on to Heidrick & Struggles as a Global Treasury Operations EMEA. In 2011, they took the role of Management Accountant EMEA at Talent2. Harriett then worked at Arrows Group as a Finance Manager and later as a Group Financial Controller. In 2015, they became the Head of Finance & Operations at True North Human Capital Limited. After that, they joined Phaidon International as a Financial Controller, Finance Director, and finally as a Commercial Finance Director. Harriett is currently the Head of Finance at Transparity as of November 2023.

Harriett Gray's education history includes a period of study at London Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2009, focusing on Finance. Their additional certifications include ACMA and CGMA, obtained from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
