Neil Tune Msc

Neil Tune MSc, MA, FCIPD, ACC has extensive experience in HR and coaching. Neil is currently the Chief People & Culture Officer at Transparity. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Chief Coaching Officer at Coachopolis, where they provided expert coaching to business leaders. Before entering the coaching industry, Neil held leadership positions at Fitness First Group and Fitness First UK as the Group HR Director and HR Director, respectively. Neil began their career at Hays as an HR Services Director. Neil's diverse background in HR and coaching positions him well as a strategic leader in organizational development and people management.

Neil Tune holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, which they obtained from 2016 to 2020. Neil also has a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management - HRM from Kingston University. In addition to their degrees, Neil has acquired various certifications, including a Post-Graduate Diploma in Coaching & Behaviour Change from Henley Business School in 2019 and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation in January 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications in various psychometric and profiling tools. Neil is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
