Carlos Mouynes

Carlos Mouynes has a diverse work experience in finance and investment banking. Carlos most recently served as the Head of Capital Markets at TransPecos Banks, SSB starting in 2022. Prior to that, Carlos worked at Global Bank for over a decade, where they held positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investment Banking. During their time at Global Bank, Carlos successfully grew the division's loan portfolio to over $2 billion and generated significant fees and commissions. Before joining Global Bank, Carlos worked at Motta Family Office as an Assistant Vice President, where they played a crucial role in identifying and executing acquisition targets in Latin America. Carlos started their career at J.P. Morgan as an Associate in the Investment Banking division, where they gained experience in strategic advisory, equity/debt financing, and financial modeling.

Carlos Mouynes received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Villanova University in 1999. Carlos later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing it in 2004.
