Nizar Fadhlaoui Esq., LL.M., serves as the Director of TransPerfect Legal’s operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since September 2024, focusing on the expansion of technology and consulting services in the region. With over 15 years of experience in the Middle East, Nizar is a New York-qualified attorney specializing in International Arbitration and cross-border transactions. Previously, Nizar acted as General Counsel at Quantum Group DMCC from December 2013 to September 2024, managing legal affairs for subsidiaries across multiple countries. Prior roles include Registrar at DIFC-LCIA and Senior Associate at Al Busaidy Law Firm. Nizar's educational background includes an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from LSU Law and two Master's degrees in Law from Université Jean Moulin and an LLB from Kingston University.
