Makoto Niino

Makoto Niino has a solid work experience in the field of engineering. Makoto started their career as a Design Engineer at Rohm Semiconductor in 2012 and worked there until 2015. Makoto then joined Power Integrations in 2015 as a Field Application Engineer, where they designed 47 prototypes of AC-DC power supply units per year for various applications. Makoto also provided gate driver solutions for the high power market. Currently, Makoto holds the position of Senior Field Application Engineer at Transphorm Inc. which they started in 2023.

Makoto Niino completed a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Toyohashi University of Technology, where they were enrolled from 2008 to 2012.
