Leigh Robinson

CHRO at Transplace

Leigh Robinson has over 15 years of global human resources experience with concentrated focus in talent management, organizational development, compensation, change management and functional transformation. Leigh was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Transplace in March 2019 where she has responsibility for leading the HR function, aligning people strategy to business strategy.

Leigh began her human resources career with Honeywell International where she worked over 12 years across the aerospace, chemicals and corporate businesses. Her time at Honeywell included leadership roles as a HR Business Partner, as well as several years within the global compensation center of excellence, including an international assignment in Brussels, Belgium. Immediately prior to Transplace, Leigh served as a Vice President of Human Resources for Lennox International’s Residential segment for four years. She also assumed responsibility for Diversity and Inclusion across the Lennox International enterprise.

Leigh holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MBA from Texas A&M University. She is green belt certified. Currently, Leigh also serves on the Texas A&M Masters HR Advisory Board and on the University of Texas at Dallas HR Advisory Council.
