Chris O'Callaghan Sphr, Cptd

Chris O'Callaghan is currently serving as the Director of HR, Talent & Development at Duarte, Inc. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Merlin Entertainments, including Group VP Talent & Development, Head of Talent & Development for North America, and Head of HR at LEGOLAND California Resort. Chris also worked as the Learning Manager at At-Bristol science and discovery centre and as a Centre Director at Explore Learning. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of Bristol and has also completed leadership development programs at Common Purpose and Hereford VI Form College.
