Rosalind O'Driscoll has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. In 2013, they started as a Researcher at Tsinghua University and later worked at the Government of Bermuda in the same role. In 2013, they also began their Ph.D. on air pollution emissions and transport policy at Imperial College London, which they completed in 2017. After that, Rosalind joined the Greater London Authority as a Senior Policy and Programme Officer and later became the Air Quality Manager (Transport Emissions). Currently, they hold the position of Head of Policy, Insight, and Public Affairs at Transport for Greater Manchester, where they previously served as the Head of Policy. Rosalind's expertise and experience in policy and transport emissions make their a valuable asset in their field.

Rosalind O'Driscoll pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2008, they attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they completed a Foundation degree in Art/Art Studies, General. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, Rosalind attained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Imperial College London. Rosalind then continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Technology in the year 2013. Finally, Rosalind completed their education journey by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Air pollution emissions and transport policy from Imperial College London, which concluded in 2017.
