Balaje Vittal

Balaje Vittal has a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics. Balaje currently serves as the Lead Business Intelligence Architect at Transport for London, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Principal | Cloud Data Architect at Slalom from February 2022 to November 2022. Balaje also has experience at Transport for London, where they served as the Development Lead for Data and Analytics from May 2018 to December 2021. Before joining Transport for London, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Business Intelligence at SCIO Health Analytics® from September 2013 to April 2018. Balaje's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant in Business Intelligence at GAVS from September 2011 to September 2013, as well as a Technical Consultant/Manager at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. from November 2010 to April 2011. Balaje began their career at Cognizant, where they worked as a Technical Consultant/Lead from April 2002 to November 2010.

Balaje Vittal earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras between 1997 and 2001. In addition, Balaje Vittal holds certifications such as TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Practitioner from The Open Group and Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance. They also obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner certification from APMG International.
