Brendan Hodges

Brendan Hodges is an experienced planning professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Acting Head of Planning for TTL Properties Limited within Transport for London since July 2017, Brendan has also held multiple planning management roles focused on residential and commercial development. Prior experience includes Senior Associate Partner at Daniel Watney LLP and Associate Director at Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners, as well as Senior Planner at Broadway Malyan and Assistant Area Planning Officer at Westminster City Council, where responsibilities included determining major planning applications in central Westminster. Brendan obtained an M.Phil in Town Planning from UCL and a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
