Julia Wilson

Julia Wilson is a highly experienced city planner currently serving as Principal City Planner at Transport for London since June 2023. Previously, Julia worked as a Strategic Planner for the London Borough of Hackney and as a Senior Project Officer at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, where Julia played a key role in developing Land Use Framework Plans for Melbourne's metropolitan regions. Julia's background includes significant roles at Glen Eira City Council as Principal Strategic Planner and Senior Strategic Planner, as well as experience as a Transport and Business Consultant at Tiger Spider and a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, focusing on project and program management for infrastructure transformations. Julia holds a Master's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Melbourne and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Commerce and Arts from The Australian National University.
