Manesh Patel

Manesh Patel is an experienced project manager with a strong background in technology and customer experience management. Since May 2016, Manesh has been a Senior Project Manager at Transport for London, overseeing critical projects such as the procurement and implementation of a new Oyster Photocard Concessions service and the business-wide implementation of Microsoft Power BI. Prior roles include Project Manager positions at TalkTalk, where Manesh implemented live chat solutions and enhanced digital platforms, and Extra Energy Supply Limited, focusing on customer experience. Manesh's career also includes significant roles at British Gas, where process improvements were facilitated using Six Sigma methodologies, and various positions at Sainsbury's and Walkers Crisps Limited. Manesh holds a BSc Honors degree in Psychology from the University of Bedfordshire.
