Sean Hurley is an experienced professional actively engaged in various roles related to autism awareness and education policy. Currently serving as a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant at Transport for London since February 2016, Sean also founded Perspectives 100 in 2012, a bespoke training program that raises awareness of Autism Spectrum Conditions and supports individuals facing such challenges. As Branch Officer for the National Autistic Society's Newham Branch, Sean provides vital support to families affected by autism through peer support and autism-friendly events. Previous experience includes Head of Music at Breaklondon, Director of Special Educational Needs at ila Connect, and a twelve-year tenure as a Policy Adviser with the Department for Education, where Sean contributed to key educational policies.
