Simon Bowles

Simon Bowles is a Senior Engineer at Transport for London since October 2017, leading the door system overhaul engineering for major London Underground lines, including planning assessments and reviewing technical documents. Previously, Simon held roles at 2H Offshore, advancing from Engineer to Senior Engineer while managing significant projects such as the Kaombo project, the largest SURF contract at the time. Simon's engineering career began with internships and summer placements at 2H Offshore, culminating in a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
