Amy Parker

Amy Parker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at Transport for NSW since January 2022, Amy has previously held positions at Sydney Children's Hospitals Network as a Human Resources Consultant and Advisor, where responsibilities included managing workplace grievances and conducting investigations into misconduct. At Wentworth Advantage, Amy excelled as an HR Services Manager, leading a team to provide workplace relations advice, and also worked as an Employment Relations Advisor with a focus on the associations sector. Amy's career began at Shoes and Sox as a Customer Service Agent, showcasing strong customer service skills and sales acumen. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Wollongong, earned between 2011 and 2014.
