Charith De Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and community initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Stakeholder Engagement at Transport for NSW since May 2021, Charith previously held the position of Community Lead at icare NSW from May 2016 to March 2021, focusing on evidence-based engagement activities that enhance organisational culture and support workplace injury recovery. Prior experience includes managing strategic partnerships at the Department of Family and Community Services - NSW Businesslink, where innovative integrated service delivery approaches were developed for vulnerable populations, and serving as Regional Project Manager at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW), where Charith improved collaborative service delivery for at-risk children and families.
