Damon Baker is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in government, regulatory, and transport law. Currently serving as Director Legal - Government, Regulatory & Prosecutions at Transport for NSW since October 2012, Damon provides strategic legal advice to the NSW Government and oversees various legislative reforms, including pioneering regulations for point-to-point transport and autonomous vehicle technology. Previously, Damon worked as Senior Solicitor at the RTA, handling litigation related to road transport law, and held roles in public relations, specializing in communication strategies for major infrastructure projects.
