David Britton

David Britton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various high-profile positions within the legal sector. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Director Legal for Construction & Major Projects at Transport for NSW since December 2021, David previously held multiple roles including Corporate Counsel and Head of Legal at Snowy Hydro Limited from May 2008 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Legal Officer at the Defence Materiel Organisation and Senior Associate at Deacons. David's career began with a role as Tipstaff to Mr. Justice Windeyer at the Supreme Court of New South Wales. David holds a degree from the University of Sydney.
