Elissa Auzins

Elissa (Lee) Auzins is an experienced Transport Information Engagement Manager at Transport for NSW, where since November 2019, key achievements include developing change and engagement strategies for critical projects and implementing the Transport Integrated System Capability. Prior experience at St Vincent de Paul Society NSW spanned multiple roles, including Change Lead and Product Owner, where Elissa successfully prioritized initiatives and developed change strategies for the implementation of a new CRM across diverse business areas. Further roles included Casework Services Coordinator and Specialist Case Manager, contributing to significant sector reforms and innovative case management procedures. Elissa's extensive education includes a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change from Charles Sturt University and multiple certifications in change management and community services.
